Behind The Mixer

7th Heaven Cakes was founded in 2015 by me, Karine, a passionate artist, baker and consultant, specialized in custom cakes and dessert tables. After many years of working a full time career, while perfecting my pastry arts and fullfilling orders, I decided it was time to put all my energy in my passion. I then attended ITHQ pastry school to further my knowledge and bring another level of variety of desserts. Today, I bake and decorate from my commercial pastry kitchen, filled with love and passion!
